Do you have

enough

hobbies

in your life?

The right hobbies can add color and vitality to our lives.

They can help give us a sense of meaning and motivation.

Hobbies are things we can look forward to when life becomes rough, monotonous, or depressing.

These are the things therapists all over the world are asking about when they inquire: “What do you like to do for fun?”

It’s a critical question for anyone going through a rough time.

Doing something active that you enjoy can be the key to bringing yourself out of dark times or a dull rut.

They can be things that are physically active, or mentally active.

Hobbies should make us feel alive and happy.

In my opinion, we should all have more than one.

Take this time to consider either what you know you want to do… or some things you want to try.

Aim for a mix of hobbies that activate different parts of your soul.
